Don't be a fool!

"A fool says in his heart there is no God"- Psalm 14:1
I find it ironic that today, April Fool's Day, is also National Atheist Day.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline"- Proverbs 1:7

While I don't scream my Christianity (maybe I should), I am a Christian. I'm so grateful to live in the United States, where I have the freedom to worship God. I'm so grateful for parents who raised me in church and who lived their lives as an example of Christianity (though I didn't always appreciate it).
I'm so glad I'm not a fool. I yearn for God's discipline so that I may gain more wisdom. I'm working on it.
If you want to know more about this loving, amazing, just God, ask me. I'm happy to share more. Have a blessed, wise day!

Seriously? That's too funny about National Atheist Day! Thanks for being an example of the believers. I deeply appreciate people like you who believe in Christ as I do and who teach and protect their families.

'Be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity' (1 Timothy 4:12).
